The FCC's attempt to regulate the way we speak, is totally
unpredictable and in direct violation of the First Amendment.

Acting on their own private interpretation of which images and which
verbal expressions are deemed to be offensive, the FCC threatens our
public media with outrageous fines in excess of millions of dollars,
thereby causing the authentically American expressions that have always been a
vital part of our films and of our daily speech, to be bleeped out of existence.

Afraid to utter even our totally normal
"fleeting or stray expletives".......we are
now being conditioned to talk with the
silly kind of non-words once reserved for
communication with a little 3-year-old:

By keeping its focus on minor incidents of objectionable language,
our FCC seems to be unaware of the fact that the TV industry is as
unregulated as our financial institutions were, until recently, that an
increasingly large percentage of its programming hours now consist
of commercial messages, that those programs themselves are grossly
inferior across the board, and that most of this industry has become a
lucrative financial jackpot for a small group of extreme opportunists.

The FDA is by many described as a more profound censorship
organization, and is said to have wrongly assumed the right to state as
law, that any substance which has a healing effect on the human body, is
considered to be a "drug" and must therefore be approved by them.

In a free market economy such as ours, we always have the right to
choose alternative healing modalities. The FDA ought never to attempt to
regulate or to suppress new opinions, new research, and new products.
It was not created to monopolize and to control vital information about
health and healing, and needs to be our benevolent protector.....instead
of an enemy force seeking to betray and tyrannize us.

We the people, have the right to refuse to ingest dangerous
pharmaceuticals, and to instead use alternative substances of our own
choosing, with which to stimulate the body's healing process
and to overcome disease.

Improper and illegal intrusion into private
business and into the people's right to
purchase whatever products they deem to
be effective, should never be tolerated.

Censorship is nothing more profound than the desire of one individual,
one group, or one government, to remove from public access, any form
of information deemed "objectionable" by that particular
individual, group, or government.

Since time began, certain people have expressed their personal distaste
for specific forms of art, music, literature, and opinion, by seeking to
impose their will on others via censorship.

Since time began, certain others have - fortunately - protected our right
to access whatever artform or opinion we wish to experience.

The Internet is without a doubt, the most liberating force ever given
to all of humanity. It's totally logical, therefore, that many of the world's
tyrannical entities wish to silence or at least control, this immense
and global instrument of liberation.

In a landmark 1997 decision, the United States Supreme Court has
granted the highest level of First Amendment protection to the Internet.

In parts of Europe, China, Russia and Asia, government entities are
successfully blocking specific websites, thereby criminalizing
opinion and dissent.

This will not last, since freedom of speech
is the single most vital liberty of all humanity.

One caveat to the above:
not permitting censorship
must always be accompanied
by having the individual courage
to privately and publicly oppose the
existence of evil presentations that
diminish and/or endanger all of us.

Historical background: In 1969, Bob Kahn and Vint Cerf invented the hypertext
structures that created the Internet, after which, in 1991, Tim Berners-Lee
(together with Robert Cailliau) introduced the "www" protocol that
transformed the Internet into a World-Wide-Web which then facilitated
the invention of he first navigation browser developed by Marc Andreessen
who, together with Jim Clark, started Netscape Communications.

Tim Berners Lee, who repeatedly stated that all he ever wanted for the
World-Wide-Web, was for it to be totally in the public domain, and
to simply exist there for everyone, now seeks to restrict this free flow
of information, by installing world-wide methods of censorship.

Called "Sir" by order of the Queen of England, a more paternalistic
Berners-Lee seems to have become an elitist censorist. Speaking to reporters
in September 2008, he said that he's increasingly worried about the way the
internet has been used to spread disinformation, and that he wants to create a
new system that will label websites according to their trustworthiness and
proven reliablity.

SELF-CENSORSHIP is the core value of a civilized society.

SELF-CENSORSHIP is the standard of excellence that supports freedom.

SELF-CENSORSHIP is self-control in the face of chaos and provocation.

SELF-CENSORSHIP prevents us from dumping our private rage and despair on others.

SELF-CENSORSHIP prevents us from seeking to terrorize others.

SELF-CENSORSHIP prevents us from deceiving those who trusted us.

SELF-CENSORSHIP does not allow us to commit violence against our own population.

SELF-CENSORSHIP does not allow us to explode bombs within our own society.

SELF-CENSORSHIP does not allow us to murder or mutilate our fellow citizens.

SELF-CENSORSHIP deters us from engaging in physical attacks, psychological devastation,
and other forms of extreme harm.

SELF-CENSORSHIP deters us from threatening dependents with loss of home, loss of safety,
or loss of security and employment.

SELF-CENSORSHIP deters us from subjecting those we dislike, to public forms of degradation
designed to inflict injury or destruction.

SELF-CENSORSHIP encourages us to remain optimistic, and to not engage in
armageddonistic, fear-inducing forms of communication.

SELF-CENSORSHIP encourages filmmakers to sublimate their political beliefs, and to not
attempt to impose them on others, with works designed to indoctrinate.

SELF-CENSORSHIP encourages writers and visual artists to sublimate their aggression
by creating highly disciplined works of aesthetic excellence.
